I’m Heather, though many know me as Auntie Feather. I’m a Priestess of Brigid, Sister of Avalon, yoga teacher and circle keeper... and a lifelong seeker of the sacred. Goddess Heart Journeys grew from the paths I have walked, the places that have changed me, and my own journey of coming home to myself.
For much of my life, I have been drawn to the places where the sacred feels close. I have travelled to ancient stones and sacred wells, walked pilgrimage paths, sat in temples and circles, learned from teachers and traditions, and followed the quiet pull of Goddess across many landscapes and seasons of my life.
Yoga became part of that journey too, first as a personal practice and later as a teacher. So did the Moon, ritual, ceremony, meditation, healing, the turning of the seasons and the simple act of gathering in circle. Over time, these stopped feeling like separate interests and began to reveal themselves as threads of the same tapestry.
My path eventually led me more deeply into Goddess spirituality and priestesshood, and to Brigid, whose flame has become such an important presence in my life and practice. It has brought me again and again to Glastonbury and Avalon, into sacred community, deeper study, initiation and an ever-evolving relationship with what it means to live a sacred life.
And somewhere along the way, I began to understand that all of these journeys outward had also been leading me inward.
They were helping me listen to myself differently. To honour my own rhythms. To trust what I knew. To reconnect with parts of myself I had tucked away while being busy living a life, building a career, caring for others and becoming all the things I thought I needed to be.
This is the soil from which Goddess Heart Journeys began to grow.
It brings together so many of the threads that have shaped me: Goddess, Moon and season, sacred travel and pilgrimage, yoga and embodiment, cards and intuition, healing, ritual, ceremony and circle. And at the heart of it all is something I have come to understand through my own journey... that sometimes the most sacred journey we take is the one that brings us home to ourselves.

With love, Auntie Feather
My work is shaped by many years of learning, practice, pilgrimage and lived experience. I continue to be a student of the paths I walk, while bringing what I have learned into the circles, ceremonies and sacred spaces I hold for others.
I am an initiated Priestess of Brigid, and a Sister of Avalon, with ongoing priestess training and lived devotional practice rooted in Goddess, flame, the elements, the cycles of the Moon and the turning of the seasons.
Sacred travel and pilgrimage have also been profound teachers in my life. From ancient stones and sacred wells to temples, landscapes and places of pilgrimage, these journeys continue to deepen my relationship with Goddess, ritual, place and the many ways we encounter the sacred.
I have been a yoga teacher since 2009, and movement has long been one of the ways I come home to myself. My teaching has included gentle and accessible practices designed to meet people in different bodies and different seasons of life.
Through yoga and Grooves Fitness, I explore the body through movement, music, breath, joy and expression. This relationship with embodiment continues to shape the experiences I create, inviting us to listen to the wisdom of the body as part of our sacred lives.
My path has expanded through study and practice in Goddess Temple Arts, elemental energy healing, ceremony and celebrancy, meditation, divination and sacred circle keeping.
These practices offer different ways of meeting ourselves and the sacred: through the wisdom of the elements and energetic body, the archetypal presence of Goddess, Tarot and Oracle, ritual and ceremony, and the intentional spaces we create to honour life's transitions and thresholds.
I also bring nearly three decades of professional experience in communication, facilitation, community building and leadership. Long before Goddess Heart Journeys had a name, I was bringing people together, creating experiences, sharing stories and helping communities find connection and meaning.
Today, those skills have found a very different hearth. They shape how I facilitate a circle, design a journey, teach, tell stories and create spaces where people feel welcomed, included and able to participate in their own way.
I bring them with reverence for the teachers, traditions and places that have shaped me, curiosity for all I am still learning, and a deep love of creating spaces where women can explore what is sacred and meaningful for themselves.
Join our community of women finding their way back to themselves through seasonal wisdom, sacred practices, and soul nourishing experiences.
